We bought an EdenPure heater. It doesn't work that well. It is very cold in the house with it on. Furthermore, it melted my surge protector! I contacted Eden Pure and was e-mailing back and forth with an employee there. I gave her a copy of the receipt right from the initial communication. A few days ago, we left the discussion as she would be calling some # she kept giving me. I e-mailed her back for an update, and she said they will not be issuing a refund!
I filed a BBB complaint and a complaint with the Attorney General's office. We'll see if that does any good.
