My husband and I recently had flooring installed by empire today, during their 70% off special Well let me tell you 70% off what?!?!! They over charged us. We paid 3252.00 for laminate floors that look like real hardwood, or so they say. Well I went to a competitive company and was told they would have charged me 1,500.00 for the same floors! And get this 3,000.00 for real hardwood flooring.
So I immediately called empire today and was told they would give me the price match guaranteed. Well it's been 3 weeks and nothing. I have called them several times to no avail. And now there's gaps forming. I feel like I am getting the run around. I will not be using this company ever again and do not recommend it to anyone!
