I paid for (700.00) a bedroom set. When it was time for delivery, I was told that the dresser and nightstand were missing from the set. I was greeted with horrible customer service from the store employees who had no answers as to when I would receive my furniture.
I checked out the website where the was a phony 1-800 listed. I finally tracked down a number and called customer service where I was again treated very rudely by the customer service manager, Renee Simpkins. I was told they didn't have an actual date as to when the furniture would be available.
I called and called and no one responded in a timely manner. No seemed to know anything. All I knew is that they had my money and I didn't have a complete set. I had to settle for a payment of 234 to replace my dresser and nightstand. However it costs $450.00 to purchase those pieces.
What a ripoff! I would encourage any consumer to run the other way if they ever see a Nationwide Furniture store. You will be throwing your money away!
