I purchased a hot tub from Arco Pool and Spa, now that the tub needs service work they have not come out. I have left messages for the owner and he does not even call back. I have contacted the manufacturer Dimension One and they say that the store needs to address this. It is too bad that you are given promises of good service before you buy the tub and after they cash your payment you are forgotten.
