Rich Dad
Seminar is a scam

Rich Dad training courses are fraudulent and do not and will not work for the average OR the above average person. I attended one of the 3 day seminars and paid for the course for myself and 2 others. We came into it with alot of knowledge and background in real estate investment. We have attended other semiars in the past that were not affiliated with Rich Dad's series. Some were good but most were worhtless.

The gentleman teaching the richdad seminar Michael Van Horn was COCKY ARROGANT and had no time for me. He scammed everyone into getting their credit card limits increased so that we could all buy the course under the guise of using the additional credit line to buy real estate. He went around the room and asked all of us how much credit do we all have. I gave him a 7 figure number, ; thats correct millions of dollars is what my liquid assets are worth.

He then told me I did not follow instructions because he told everybody to get the credit on my credit card. To which I responded " It is on my credit card" (my liquid assets are tied to my bank account and all I have to do is call my banker and the assets are immediately available. He did not believe me and I proved it so he hated it even more that someone in the room is much more experienced knowledgeble and wealthier than he.

I had very pertinent and important questions for him and he gave me the brush off every time. The Rich dad books give you good motivation but a lot of lies and contradictory information. DO NOT waste your time and money with the seminars unless you want to be broke and disappointed.
