Haier is the worst company ever. I bought an 18 bottle wine cooler. It was broken out of the box. Their return policy was to take the serial number off the back of the unit, cut the cord, mail with the receipt at my cost to them registered mail ($10.00). They said they would send out the new unit after receipt within 7-14 days. 14 days went by, and no word from them. I called and they said it was out of stock, and offered another equivalent model. I accepted, and waited? After a few days I called them back again and now this one was out of stock|. When asked when they would be back in stock, they said we don't know "3-6 months"! This is unacceptable|. They offered me a full refund minus the taxes/. Isn't this illegal? I asked when I would get my refund, and they said 30-45 business days. This too is unacceptable'. I am very angry, and will never buy another item from this shoddy company'. They Suck!
