Cashed check with no lavender plants being sent to us as of 5/11/07 ripoff

Sent 22.95 to Spring River Nursery on 4/19/07. Check was cashed on 5/1/07, as of today (5/11/07) we have not received our lavender plants. Got to researching this company and the phone number is disconnected and there is at least 16 over consumer complaintss from 2004 on this company. Will have to see if any justice can come from this.
