I purchased Refrigerator, Samsung washer and Drier for my new house on 11/21 at Lowes and scheduled the delivery for 12/29. I received a call from the store early December that they don't have the refrigerator but have secured washer and drier. Upon my request that it will be difficult with out refrigerator they called me the next day and confirmed that they have all three items secured for delivery. All was going fine until the same guy from the store called me on 12/27 to say that he had to give away the washer and drier to someone as they have ordered online before me which did not make sense as it will not take a month to realize the orders. He is willing to cancel and refund which even frustrated me as there were plenty of nice deals that I missed during black friday as i have already purchased with them. A manager called me 12/29 and promised me that they will try to figure out something soon. I called them on 1/3 to find that they will not be getting the items till Feb. The guy gives the same BS and I am sure from his tone that he doesn't care about customers. What a messy way of starting my new year in new house with 2 kids.
I will never make a purchase from them, and will definitely look at taking legal actions against them.
