If you run a background check on him (I can provide a PDF copy if you would like), you will see he has a criminal history several miles long that includes dozens of deceptive trade practice and theft charges (in addition to other convictions). As of 12/2, he is serving time in the Collin County Jailhouse, but will be released 1/11 and has no plans of stopping what he's doing. His friend Jamey Carter, also runs the same scam under the name of Cowboy Fence.
