I want everyone to know that the REO - foreclosure business is the hardest thing to get into. I have been doing it for 2 years and it is hard to find companies that r worth anything but the business has been give such a bad name! You do all the clean-out nasty work that people leave behind for companies and it is all net30. Then you DO NOT get paid. They r gone the next day Like this company i did work for in November. I knew something was up when they would no longer answer calls... Sweetwater Field Services. Wish was my mistake to find them on craigslist. They were out of CA and had all this work for my company in Florida. Oh well. Do your reasearch, do NOT work for this company!!
