Z & K portable buildings
Mark Mattingly accepted delivery of multiple portable buildings - then feigned ignorance of recieving them -beware-, Longview, Texas

We are a manufacture of portable buildings. Z & K was one of our dealers, he set this scam up like a pro... He set the story up by telling us he had illness in the family so no one would be at the sales lot "to sign the invoice" but he asked us to go ahead and drop the building off and he would send a check later.

After several weeks of telling us he was low on funds because of medical expenses, then the check is in the mail and several other delay tactics he, we sent him a demand letter and his responce stated he had never recieved these building at all.

He has since done the same thing to another manufacture... Buyers and sellers beware
