After receiving an oil change and tire rotation at Jiffy Lube in Hampton, Va, I began to drive off only to find out that my tire was not properly placed. I went back, and complained. Upon geting my vehicle repaired, I immediately called Jiffy Lube customer service where I was told that I would receive a call back from the district manager in 3-5 business days. I did receive a call, but from a very rude person who indicated that it was my word against the store's. He actually became so rude, I hung up the phone. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and the state attorney general's office. I want everyone to know how terrible Jiffy Lube is and to prevent anyone else from experiencing such horrible customer service.
