Vibrant Bay Petroleum, 45 Lakeview Avenue, Bayshore continues to be pocketing PILE deals and never providing the gas.
I understand this since I'm among the patients. They obtained a voucher for me personally from PILE on December 3 and also to this very day (December 15) I'm still awaiting gas.
