Tupper Lake and welfares and Heap newest scam... Why is it that the usual papers from Heap did not reach people of diablity? And other people who should have got them didnt. Reason they didnt send papers to everyone that usually got them Is so people would not get them on time and the electic company steped up there shut off notices after the time period ran out for Heap. Nice scam to save money. All you people need to call Ronald Stafford office at 561-2430 and also 792-4546 Littlefield. What other kind of scam will they dream up next? They can only scam you once not twice. Every body call and complain. I am a disabled person who has gottin Heap for the last 6 years and this year I didnt get my papers in time ' I am not the only 1 this has happened to. Please make an effort to call those numbers I posted and complain.
