Offered him a look for $700 and he never returned to complete the task. Don't have any materials to complete the task with no cash left to pay for another person to repair the task after purchasing the supplies. Desired to not be worried about the top for 40 years and alternatively am quit with half of a steel ceiling mounted drastically wrong about the brink of winter.
