Elias Handyman Service Puts on wrong roof materials and now it leaks metal instead of shingles

Contracted with Mr. Elias to install new roof and rebuild back wall of home instead of shingle roof with wood underpayment he put metal roof on telling me how superior it was but he never replaced wood sheeting he took off before putting new roof down and now roof freezes and then thaws leaking into home.
