Ben Perkins I met Ben Perkins of Sunbeam Realty at my church and I was looking to upgrade my business. Mr. Perkins convinced me to purchase a property. I was told he was a licensed realtor and Mortgage Broker

I met Ben Perkins through a lady named Jackie Dawkins at my Church in Chicago. I was upgrading my business and Mr. Perkins sold me on buying a property and I gave him $40,000.00 and he never ever gave me a sales contract. He took my money put in escrow and spent it and converted it to his own personal use. Ben Perkins of Sunbeam Realty is not a licensed Realtor nor is he a Licensed Mortgage Broker as he alleged. He is surely going to prison for Fraud!
