Ben Perkins or Benjain Perkins of Sunbeam Realty aka Sunbeam Finacial is the biggest liar and Con Artist in the City of Chicago and the entire state of Illinois. He just blatantly stole my money. I gave this man $50 thousand dollars and he represented himself to be a license Realtor and Mortgage Broker. $50,000.00 and an entire year later, he never got any signed contracts from a seller nor did he get any legitimate financing. All of his contacts are people that are no longer in business or on the FBI list for fraud. Ben Perkins has fraudulent escrow accounts and is a terrible business man. He stole my life savings and destroyed my life! I can only pray that no one else has to go through what I went through. Do not do business with this man ever!!! I never knew anyone could lie like he does and he has no remorse for his actions.
