Customer concern: After several attempts to phone and email this seller, I have been unsuccessful in resolving this matter. I paid over $700 for nusery furniture and have only received one (slightly damaged) piece. My baby is due in 3 weeks, this is rediculous. This was a lot of money for us and we expected the order to be fulfilled as described on the seller's site.
Furthermore, the negative feedback that has poured in since our order was placed and paid for clearly indicates a serious problem.
This set was purchased on 3/28. Auction indicated items wuld be received in 10 days. First and only item was received on 5/7/04. Seller does not respond to communication, all contact information for seller is either bogus or cannot receive further messages.
