In October we contracted Panda Kitchens to update our kitchen. This was the poorest service I have ever recieved as a consumer. When we were told workmen would be at the house they were either late or never showed up at all. The job was to be finished in 10 days once work started, before Thanksgiving to be sure. The kitchen was functional on Thanksgiving only because we had to spend hours calling the unresponsive sales person (Isabel) or the corp. Office in Miami. I too spoke to Herman Soto, the GM. He told the granite team would be at my home the next day at 10AM. They showed up at 1PM.
Today they finally came in, after standing us up yesterday, to finish the cabinets but we had to go pickup the hardware they owed us (cabinet handles). The workmen would complain about the company while they were working.in order to get them to do what they said they would do, after taking payment in full, we had to waste alot of time to follow up. They are a very dysfunctional company & have no clue about showing up on time & doing what you said you would do, when you said you would do it. Horrible experience. You them at your own risk!
