I purchased a new mower at this company and with in the first 11 hours the deck blew apart due to improper assembly. They picked it up and returned it 2 weeks later. Upon return, I did not check my blades unfortunately however, when I went to sharpen them-they were so deteriorated and dangerous I just knew they weren't my original blades. I went to the supplier to get a laugh out of it and maybe work out something to replace them however, I was immediately talked down to as the person (turned out to be an owner) continued to repeat himself (like children do) "SAND DOES THAT, SAND DOES THAT!" I was amazed that he didn't want my name, care if I was a customer, or offer any assistance and with his continued insistance that "SAND DOES THAT", I was unable to share my concern over an "accidental" change of my blades while in their shop. I was not interested in trading insults as he is doing with the BBB report I filed so I left, never to return! I do however, want anyone and everyone that considers doing business with them to know how poor their customer service is and that it comes from the OWNER! My complaint is for their SORRY-POOR-CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SATISFACTION-I can purchase blades anywhere, and have! Unlike their website claims-they do not care about the customer service, customer satisfaction or repeat business!
