What a rip off. Greentree Servicing purchased our mortgage from Bank of America. I have been trying to get a hold of somebody in the origination business for at least 10 days. I have waited on the phone for over 2 hours and left dozens of messages for a call back. You wonder why people are so frustrated by the banks in the United States. For a company based in Minnesota and South Dakota I am highly diapointed and would have expected better. I would rather deal with an Indian call center. Don't we have 15 Million people unemployed that this company could hire. Geeesh.
