Ripoff Selling 40 Oz. Weed B Gon container and claiming 25% more but only filling it with 32 Oz

Purchased 40 Fl Oz. Container of Weed B Gon because it claimed "25% more than 32 Oz. Size". (Lot 133162/5). When the old 32 Oz. Bottle was finished I removed the cap and the sealer on the 40 Oz bottle and observed that the contents were far from the top. I poured the entire "40 Oz" into the old 32 Oz container with room to spare.

This is a scam that probably has effected many thousands of people.
