Rite Rug
Ripoff I ordered and fully paid for a special order rug sample but delivered a cheaper rug

I never received the rug that I ordered, but delivered another cheaper rug.

Then they charged me a $1800. Restocking fee. The att. General suggested the BBB who lowered the restocking fee to $600. When I refused to pay a collection agency put a lein on my house. This fight has been going on for over 4 yrs now. The court judge passed a summary judgement based on the BBB decision. I have been trying to have the BBB dismiss the charge based on my proof, but to no avail.
