matter what I said to Judge Mattina because she was menopausal, anyway. She called my children liars and disregarded everything I had brought for my complaint. My rights were not only violated by Effort Trust, but they were also violated by the Tribunal Court System. They affected my credit and I am apparently on the list of Dysfunctional Tenants. So watch out and remember: always take your Landlords/Superintendents to Court, document everything that happens, take pictures to cover your ass and last but not least, when it comes down to money, they dont care about you or your health.
