Tenants also have three dogs (2 chihuahuas and one medium sized dog) but never paid a pet deposit! They were given time to make payments, and even promised they would come in and pay when tax return came in, but never showed up and would not answer the phone when called. Eviction proceedings are pending final judgement, and they are STILL IN MY HOUSE!
