Ripoff sent for six lavender plants cashed check never received hardy lavender plants rip-off

Sent for hardy lavender plants on the 3/26/04 for the amount of $13.85 and have never received them but they did cash my check.
I think thats they should be sued for all the trusting people out there who ordered from them.
