Monday was payday and when I called to see if paychecks were in, office employee, Krystal, informed me that checks were not in yet and nor would they be until the owner Jason Starr investigated the invoice/lead sheets. Also at the time was told that the $25 close would not be paid unless there was money received from the homeowners. I know for a fact that some of my closes have had money received from the homeowners and I want my money.
There are alot of Jason's employees that he owes money to. Hearing that he and his family recently vacationed in Cancun, Mexico, bothers me greatly. Makes me wonder if he is BROKE? Or did he take his payroll and spend it?
My question to owners of roofing companies... If it werent for the canvassers, would anyone make any money??? I dont see the owner out there knocking on doors, getting the leads!!! They should give the $25 close no matter what. What is $25 out of your pocket compared to thousands that you end up profiting from each roof you do get to put on?
Supposedly Trinity has put on at least 100 roofs so Jason Starr should have enough money in his accounts to pay the people that start the generation of the business to begin with... The canvassers!!!
