Goodman has proven to be a BIG disappointment and costly too!
The evaporation coil has had to be replaced on my professionally installed unit after barely 3 years.
Many other homeowners a have also had this problem and it amounts to a RECALL, but Goodman will not reimburse labor or Freon costs.
I originally got the new unit trying to reduce my electricity costs. What a mistake!
I'm elderly and I feel Ripped Off by this big company!
