We paid $25,000.00 to have a fiberglass pool professionally installed by Pools of Carolina. Were very satisfied with the service that was rendered in the beginning. Pool was installed in May as promised.in July our pool collapsed and is UNUSABLE.
My husband and I have BEGGED for help to have this pool repaired and Jim Petty has told us time and time again that they would make it good. I have recorded message Jim has left on my answering machine stating that repair men would be here on certain days. No one has EVER come to fix the pool.
Hamp (which is said to be the owner) has spoken to my husband with much disrespect and has lied to us many times. All we want is our $25,000.00 pool repaired so that our 3 kids can enjoy it. They have only been able to swim for one summer due to the sorry service of Pools of Carolina located in Florence, SC.
Do Not Allow This Company To Install Your Pool!!!
