These units are beautiful BUT the owner is a builder who built them to SALE but CANNOT SALE THEM because of location and because of REPAIRS that are needed in these units. These units have WATER LEAK problems which means THEY ALSO HAVE MOLD PROBLEMS. After speaking with residents who are MOVING OUT, they say that he does not CLEAN the units upon moving in so they are dirty which was EXACTLY my experience! He wanted $1300.00 to rent the unit and DID NOT CLEAN THE UNIT and DOES NOT want to do walk throughs so he does not have any record of what WORK NEEDS TO BE DONE TO THE UNIT OR WHAT DAMAGE existed prior to you MOVING IN!
He does not do repairs after moving in and so people lived in these units with constant problems. He refuses to give back your rent and so you have to stay until the lease is up. Because of this turnover is HIGH THERE and there have been SEVERAL BREAKINS AND DRIVE BY SHOOTINGS! They are rude and disrespectful on top of that.
