I received $300 worth of mostly dead plants. I planted everything to give it a chance, waited to see if they came up this spring, then tried to get replacements.
I sent a copy of my receipt and ALL the little tags from each of the plants that I diligently saved.
I requested replacements but they sent me a cookie-cutter response stating I needed the shipping label.
Which one??? My order came partially at different times, I didn't see any shipping labels they were talking about. The receipt with the order number and plant tags should've been more than enough to justify sending replacements. My guess is that this "shipping label" is fictitious and is a ploy to never have to replace items. They returned my letter but kept the plant tags. I suppose they are in the process of "getting rid of the evidence".
What a scam. I should've done my homework on this scam business. I guess it's an expensive lesson.
