Ripoff on order of Vanilla planifolia var Florida Orchids

I ordered Vanilla planifolia var Florida Orchids from this company via the internet on March 7th. Paid $30 via Paypal. They never shipped. Sent three emails asking for status on 4/8,4/9 and 4/15. No response. Tried calling them. Phone rings, no answer, no answring machine. FAX not working.
