Phil, the owner, pushed the well logging on me (an optional service realized by a third party), trying to convince me it was useful.
He wanted to charge me $1,100 for it. Phil assured me he could not lower it because it is how much he is paying for it. I backed out. A few months later, the secretary Roanne lowered it to $900, and assured me it was how much they are paying for it (a negociated price).
That was a lie. Sarita well service uses GeoCam of San Antonio to do the logging. GeoCam charges $775 maximum for a well like mine if you hire them directly.
I did not hire Sarita Well Service because they lie.
