I took my car in to fix a hiccup in my transmission in the beginning of 2008. A few months later I got my car back but it was worse because it had additional issues that it didn't have before. Took it back after 1 week and he kept it for 3 additional months. Within a couple weeks of this I found my car still had the exact same hiccup with the additional issues. I gave it back to him multiple times more after this to try to have the issue resolved. I was trying to be understanding since I know transmissions can be tricky, but in the end the only conclusion I could come up with is that Phil just took advantage of this patience & understanding.
