My property management company, Cascade Community Management hired Comfort Solutions Heating & Cooling to repair the heater in one of my houses. "CSHC" completly took advantage of ME, a third party by charging me $394.56 for a part that normally cost $125.00 or so... (see link to actual cost below) I did try to contact them (I spoke with Susan Stanley who told me that she was the manager) asking for them to re-negociate the bill to a FAIR amount & she sent me a "rambling" e-mail trying to justify her company's RIP-OFF of me... in her note to me she knew that she had overchaged me say'n that once i asked for the "part #" that there would be an issue... 300% or so mark-up???
I would NEVER hire "CSHC" to work on any-thing that I own with-out a up-front WRITTEN estimate..
