Purchased Koldfront portable ice maker model KIM202W. Three weeks later it was not making ice as quickly. Then not at all.
Called 'tech support'; was told no exchange, no refund til they tried to fix it, was told mailing labels would emailed to me for free shipping back to them. That was two weeks ago and I have received nothing. Some email questions have gone unanswered. If answered at all, the answer is vague.
Contact was Dave Sugerman, have exhanged numerous emails w / him, he seems to shrug it off. FI received the ice maker approx 7/25 and my first call to Edgestar was 8/29 and now it is 9/13. This is stalling by anybody's definition. I've reported them to the BBB and am going to file a complaint w / my state Consumer Protective Services.
