They are the worst appliance I have ever had and their customer service attitude is completely non-existent

We've a high of the point SS Kitchenaid, alongside, case level refrigerator… truly, we've had two in under 3 years. The very first was shipped, innovative new, from the bundle with flaws in three of the main sub-assemblies. Finished did not work on all. The store obviously delivered us to Kitchenaid customer support. They delivered a repetition out to "fix". The repetition informed us there is so significantly wrong he recommended we obtain a brand new machine… we did. Kitchenaid declined and offered us a cold shoulder. They did but, provide us $75 for rotten meat. We declined their need that people take a "fixed innovative new fridge and reported towards the store, to whom I responded, I purchased the malfunctioning system. These were exceptional than Kitchenaid... They changed it.

Today, twelve months along with a couple of months later, the ice-maker quit functioning. The applying organization billed about $100 to examine and record the circuit-board was faulty. Therefore we requested a brand new one from their website. $196 later the brand new circuit-board is in however now the ice-maker engine is faulty and should be changed. Hmmm…Kitchenaid. Never again. They're the toughest equipment I've ever endured as well as their customer support perspective is wholly non existent.
