I purchased one on the telephone - they are relentless in trying to get you to buy other options, pieces, etc. The phone call took 19 minutes and I only wanted one w/o options. Then it arrived with blade bent and it broke in the dishwasher - it says it is dishwasher safe. I called to request a replacement, they said 3 weeks, I called in 4, they had no record of previous call. I ordered again, waited 5 weeks, called again. AGAIN no record of previous call. Ordered again. Waited 5 weeks, no replacement. Called again.
AGAIN no record and now they want me to return the original to get a refund since they cannot seem to actually place the order to the address confirmed with each (non-existent) call. I still don't have one and I just found out I could have bought the @#%^%& thing at Bed, Bath and Beyond!!! I attempted to place a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I cannot because they do not have an address ANYWHERE I called customer service 4 times to try to get one. I scoured they website (where customer service says you can get the address) and the terms of condition on the website. My advice is to buy this product locally at a store and avoid the terrible customer service.
