Today on August 31 at approximately 1:00 P.M., a DTE representative came into our Law Office to read and record our meter. Supposedly, he got locked in the back room/garage. To get our attention, your representative turned off our electricity and then turned it back on. We’re an office of approximately 20 staff members and many were working on important documents at the time your representative chose to shut off the power. His actions were very unprofessional.
Secondly, when two of our CEO’s went outside to ask him for his name and ID number, his response was, “It’s around my neck. Go fuck yourselves! ” and then he proceeded to walk away to the next building. Again, very unprofessional! This needs to be taken very seriously as it was not a good representation of DTE. I am very dissatisfied with the service of this representative and expect that he is never sent out to take the reading on our meter at this firm again!
