Land Lady. Lies about when she gets the rent check. Every month. She also added in things on the lease, after we signed it. She has over 12 rental homes, and does not take care of them. We want out of here! C

We were lied to from the day we moved in. Rental home was not cleaned. Painted. Nothing.

We were told - she was going to get to it later. Sorry. So we waited and waited. Several months have come and gone. She now says, she can't do anything till after November 11. Well, are lease will be up well before that!

We had to clean. Everything! And we also found out she has a lot of other rental homes.

There is so much more, but we are a bit worried to put it all out here. We would love to get the heck out of this nightmare! We asked to move, but she stated. I sue you if you move out early.

Can anyone help? We have proof of what she says... And pics as well.

Please we don't have tons of money. But we know we need a Lawyer...

Also - any other people renting from this woman. We would love to here from you as well.
