Ken Jones hired me as a sub on his job, refuses to pay, also ripped of his custome

Ken Jones hired me as a sub to do excavating on his job, did exactly what he instructed me to do. He left half way thru leaving the customer with sub standard work and not finished. Also walking away with $ 15 to 20 grand of their money. Refuses to pay me, when contacted he threatned to find me and beat my head in.
The police have been contacted, also the city building dept. Come to find out he never got a permit, also he does not have a contractors license. HE IS A SCUM BAG, A THEIF, A CON! Beware he slithers around mass & N H taking advantage of unsuspecting people
