This company installed and serviced my central HVAC conditioning system in 2007. I just found out that one of the vents was never cut into the ceiling in my laundry room so the system was cooling the attic but the apartment was never getting as cold as it needed to get. I complained that this apartment wasn't getting very cold and had Air Tite come and service it repeatedly.
At another location, I was told I was getting a brand new system and they installed old compressors. I had just purchased the house, so I wasn't aware that this had happened iuntil someone new came and told me how to verify the manufacturing date of AC compressors.
Needless to say, I'm not happy. They do come out as soon as possible when they are called for a repair as a positive note. Too bad they're not honest.
