Went in for a service, oil pan gasket, after getting my car and almost paying $250.00 in full, heard a knocking sound, (very loud) in the rear of my car - told Collette Broome (manager) who refused to test drive it, refused to acknowledge that it may have been their fault, replaced my GOOD strut with a DAMAGED strut that was not bolted in securely and as of right now, 6 parts have fallen off of my vehicle since they 'worked on' that strut during rush hour traffic where the lives of myself and others were in jeporday because Firestone didn't care enough to put me in a safe car and the NOISE has now TRIPLIFIED... The manager was intimidating and threatening when I asked to see my vehicle and would not allow me to see what they were doing on my vehicle for 3 hours... Which is my LEGAL RIGHT... She actually guarded the back bay so I was unable to see what her tech was doing and now, have about $1,000 in MORE damages because of what they have done when the initial issue was only 197.00. HORRIBLE! Police report was filed on 7/19 for Damage to Vehicle and a Civil Litigation is currently in the works. I am disputing the FULL charge through my bank so that I can get a REPUTABLE company to make it right.
