I ordered parts from Sears and was assured that they would be delivered on the 15th of Aug. They never came on the 15th so I called and talked to a supervisor and she said that they should have never said they would be delivered on the 15 but that they would be be delivered on the 17th. An apology is all that was offered and when I inquired about compensation she said that Sear would go broke if they compensated everyone for things like this. I think they will go broke anyway if they have a policy of misleading customers.
Don't use and don't trust what they tell you.
