I purchased my townhouse 2 1/2 years ago and my puchlist has not been touched. When i call to inquire about the punch list. I am told that they dont have the man power to do that right now. They seem very distant from their customers.
I live in aspen woods townhomes in white plains, md. Beware!!! The neighborhood is not being taken care of like it was in the beginning. That too has been pushed aside.
