Bad service, no parts and no refund. How to get to the top guy

I bought a convection oven that lasted March. It lasted until August when it broke. I called "Haier Customer Service". They sent out a repair man from H.H. Gregg[another report], to fix the convection oven. Need to order parts will take 10-15 days. 25 dats later no reply. Call for update. Waiting on parts. Called H.H. Gregg, ordered canceled. No reason. Called Haier service many times. Talked to Joyce, Peter, Nicole and Robin. They finally got fed up and bumped me up the corprate ladder.

Talked to Steve. No problem, cut off plug and send in. Steve called next day, send in number. Waiting for new stove. Many calls to many people there. The Supervisor is a woman name Daisy. She will tell you what you want to hear but will not come thru for you. The guy who is daisys boss is&mitch williams&his phone is 1-800-461-8890 ext 3157. Two calls to Mitch, and I recieved my refund check.
