Constant Delay in Refunding My Money

On August 19 our grilled caught fire. It literally went up in flames. On August 20 I contacted Brinkmann, sent them the picutres they requested and was told they will be contacting me regarding their decision.

On August 27 we had the decision and a waiver was then sent to me for signature stating that I would dispose of the grille and that they were refunding my full purchase price. I was also told that in a week - 10 days I would see payment.

On September 9th my husband checked up on the payment and it had not been processed yet but should be out to us by the end of the following week.

On September 23rd my husband contacted them AGAIN and was told that it was out for approvals. When the approvals came back we would receive our check.

Too may PUT OFFS and no MONEY in my hands to date!!!

This is unreal! I have already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau today and am now posting here to publicize the issue that we are having. I am out over $300 right now and this does not make us happy about their products at this time.

If any help can be given so we receive this money by 9/30/10, it would be very much appreciated.
