I documented John Moore towards the Better Business Office. On July 19, Tom Cartledge of John Moore named regarding my criticism. Their organization billed $718.00 to displace 2 capacitors. This didn't repair the problem, they returned out and included 10 pounds of freon to my device without examining something. I named a second organization, they'd to strain the freon and examined the machine. They charged $218.00 and set the system. John Moore stated I had a need to change the evaporator. I've named Ben many period, but he'll not return my phone and it has not solved this issue.
