I defaulted on the cost contract having a issue of hours after it had been due. It had been due on the thursday and that I didn't receive money until friday. I settled instantly friday day, however they regarded it a standard and wouldn't I would like to re instate my fee contract. They're today receiving me $900 to get a re instatement cost for my electrical to become switched back on. I've a $0 stability under my title with Peco, but bc i lived with somebody who didn't spend their electrical, i gained and so can't have support switched on at my handle. I expected them, "So if this individual never gives their stability, then I will never receive support despite the fact that I don't owe PECO one penny?" plus they replied "precisely. Perhaps you have investigated getting a homeless housing?" I named and talked with more than 12 people, and each individual offered me another reaction to my issue. No one there had any regard and were really insulting and rude. Plus they understand they are able to do that, bc it's a monopoly plus they possess all of the powerlines. I've named my condition respresentative since I simply discover this to become unjust they can handle people how they need, simply because they realize they are able to. I'm a struggling single-mother, producing significantly less than $1000 per month to aid me and my kid. Lease, food, child-care, insurance, gasoline, telephone, ect. And that I understand I'm among hundreds within the same place. I believe there must be another organization that provides electrical since I will now-not get electrical bc of somebody i lived with made a decision to consider the cash i offered him for electrical and invest it on another thing, today making me and my kid without any use of energy. The client support is completely terrible and also the insufficient couth and regard for another individual they've, is simply unfortunate. I really hope they are able to rest during the night realizing they're placing people about the roads. Since once my power is out, my landlord with evict me bc the electrical must be on all the time. So cheers PECO for messing people over, bc you'll need an additional buck inside your wallet. Sleep tight. Karma sucks.
